Saw Mia's ad on TER board, read the constantly positive reviews, booking was a breeze given the TER White List (which is a first, did not need to provide refs). A few lovely and efficient text exchanges to finalize time, I arrive in an upscale SF hotel, am given the room number, wow it's a suite.
