Scheduling the time with Mell was extremely easy and smooth. I emailed her with a few questions and she replied in about 10 minutes. We quickly managed to agree on a time which worked for both of us. Mell was very professional but also very sweet when we exchanged emails. About an hour before our appointment Mell emailed me to confirm and I told her she could come a bit earlier and she said she would. She knocked on the door and when she opened I was very delighted.
