Initial screening process, went smoothly and I scheduled our appointment without any glitches. However, it was also the day the Verizon carrier had a complete catastrophic crash and we had difficulty coordinating the final approach. However, the stars aligned and we were able to make connection a short time before the scheduled appointment time. I arrived at the upscale hotel and anxiously awaited the invitation with the room number.
