I read Lana and Bella's incredible reviews - and decided to treat myself on a recent trip to NYC. Lana was easy to contact, very communicative, and after normal reference checks we set up a late night meeting in my five star hotel. She communicated very well, and when I had to change the time by an hour she was very easy to deal with. All in all - the contact was easy and professional.
