Kristy has a very regimented call protocol. Contact her by P411 (which I did initially), and allow her to do the verification thing. Her main means of communication is email. She often uses that to establish a day and time with you. On the day of the appointment, she will verify time and general place. Often a call follows as you get closer and then details arrive by text. IF you are patient, it works.
What are you looking for in a provider? If you are looking for a young, enthusiastic one-time roll in the hay, then Kristy is not for you.
