Set up was great despite scheduling issues(mine not hers) but finally a date/time was set and agreed upon. Screening was appropriate and handled in such a professional manner which I really appreciated. She is real pro when dealing with the client.

Was surprised what a good communicator she was but after the visit I do, now, know why.
