A Friend had suggested I contact his ATF and so I finally sent Franchesca an e-mail with my references. She responded promptly and our schedules worked out for an early afternoon meeting the next week. Franchesca has a successful business outside the Hobby so you need to plan ahead and she will check your references as she is all about your safety and her safety. She likes to call you prior to the meeting to get to know you a little. She has the normal two call system. When Franchesca opened the door I was greeted by a very fit and attractive girl.
