Set up was easy via e-mail, responded the same day. Was setting up a couple of days in advance as she needs to set up location. Easy verification RS2K. Emailed me the next day with time, location, and phone to reach her at that morning to confirm. Drove to Condo, called when I got there and was buzzed in.
