I came across Emma's website via a link from Kitty Carr's site. (Kitty is another good recommendation!) I guess the two of them have established a good connection in Tokyo. (It's clear that Emma travels much and visits many cities, so watch for her travel schedule.) Filled out Emma's contact form (providing reference info) and she got back to me within 48 hours. Via email (no phone contact), we arranged a timeslot a week in advance, for my Tokyo Hotel. On the day of, I emailed room info and she acknowledged it. The knock on the door arrived 1 minute early.
