E-mailed her a couple of times and got rates and availability. Called her in AM for 8:30 PM appointment at which time she gave me her address. Googled address and was easy to find - except couldn't find her number. Called her from parking lot and got directions to where to park. Found a visitor's parking space and walked 20 feet to her door. Opened into a back yard and she met me at the door.
