General Details

Initial contact was made via email a few days before her arrival date and she was quick to respond. I then forwarded the requested reference information along with my appt request. The day before the appt she emailed me a reminder confirmation and a request to change the time due to issues with the hotel checkout time and the unwillingness of the hotel staff to extend her time a bit. Was able to confirm a time that worked for both us. I did email a confirmation I was on my way so she knew my eta and that I would email upon arrival. In case you are wondering at this point all communication is done via email and no ph or text was ever offered.
