General Details

Contacted Charlotte's scheduler via e-mail, response was quick and verification handled smoothly. I scheduled one week in advance due to her schedule but worked out great. Plenty of on street parking - free. I called about 5 minutes before my appointment and was given the instructions etc. to come up. I was greeted by Charlotte, she is cute and friendly. For a first time visit, service was very good and I will schedule a follow up visit. Many more details to follow.
