I see Chanel whenever she is in the area, so have seen her multiple times, and was thrilled she had moved permanently in August. She is wonderful and anytime she was in town previously I tried my hardest to see her. Setting up through p411 or her website is the best; she does have some verification needed but nothing too difficult.
