You really need to spend sometime reading the boards to get a feel how the hobby community feels about bbfs. There is no bigger "third rail" than bbfs.  While it is part of hobbying, and now being discussed and written about openly in reviews on TER, for safety reasons you really should rethink your strategy.  I've been doing this for quite awhile, and in the beginning like many hobbyists didn't like using covers, but I used them.
Now there are FC (female condoms) which gives you almost the same feel as bbfs. BTW, I have been offered bbfs from providers, I always decline.

First of all, get yourself VIP status to learn about the gals you are considering seeing.  Considering the amount of $ you invest in the session, VIP is very short money to invest to maximize your return.

As far as BBFS goes, there's plenty written on that in the various threads on many boards here, so do some research on those if VD is a big issue for you.  I would think that you would not want to go there if health safety is a big issue for you.  In addition to the female condoms mentioned, you can always avoid using a condom by doing other than vaginal sex, for example oral or Russian (beween her tits) or Italian (between her butt cheeks).  They feel just about as wonderful as BBFS, IMHO.  Even a good hand job is a wonderful experience if done by a real pro.

You will not be able to obtain any meaningful information regarding her health status, so don't hope for that.

The fact that she travels is not a problem, many quality gals do.

The fact that she appears on Backpage is not in and of itself proof of anything, but many ripoff artists do use Backpage, so you want to make sure that the gal has many good reviews on TER or elsewhere before taking a chance on her.  This gal has only one review, so that makes her  a bit iffy.  (The reviewer however is welll known on TER's boards, however.)

There was a time d bthat even mentioning BBFS in here would get the post tossed, and candidly I would avoid any provider who you had seen on the assumption that you convinced ONE of them to do BBFS.

If you don't like male condoms - find a female condom friendly provider (as someone else pointed out, it feels like the real thing - almost).

Lots of girls travel, but nothing on her profile to indicate she is a traveler, only her phone number would indicate she's from somewhere else.  But, all 3 of her ads are in Maryland, so who knows?  Just because she tours a lot, at least you think she does, is not a red flag.  I'm seeing a provider next week, who is on tour almost all the time, but she has been around quite a while, with the reviews to back up her rep.

Use Female condoms or FC2's.  Many of us, including myself carry them.  No excuses not to use a condom!  NONE!

As many of us have children and families we intend to stick around for and be there for because we are needed.  Your 5 minutes of pleasure is certainly never going to override my lifetime.

There is NO WAY to determine if she has an std. Being hot won't tell you, being low volume won't tell you, and her saying she is clean damn sure won't let you know. Oral without protection is common and the risk is half of that of bbfs. I would never suggest bbfs with a girl you don't know well if at all, but realize you can't stop it.
