What provider name did you give the client? In any case, your profile is created when a hobbyist submits a review of you. You do not set it up yourself, all you did was join the site. Also, Fargo is not listed in the city list for reviews, so I searched all cities, and got no review for you using the name you posted with. Don't know what else to tell you.

I was told I had a review on this website tonight for Fargo, ND. So, I made an account and now Im not quite sure how to check it.... I put the zip code in and nothing showed up.

and try searching for your contact info here on this site. The reviewer would have had to put some contact and ad info if a review has been posted.
the hobbysits is writing, TER has the right to hold onto the review until they feel comfortable that the hobbyist and you are ok. Finally, hobbyists have been know to say "I'll write you a review" and not follow thru. Especially when they see what's involved in writing a review.
