I've had this happen a couple of times in the past with well reviewed providers.  In all previous cases they tried to make it up to me (discounts, extended stays, etc).

OK, I know it happens to providers too, but no-shows (with no call) drives me crazy. Drove up to Charm City to see a new provider, McKenzie.

The booker was supposed to call or text the location but no call, no text, no email.  I tried to text and call her but she emailed an incorrect number to me (some angry dude picked up).  After waiting around for an hour, I left the area.

I know that sometimes things happen and appointment are missed, but the lack of contact drives me crazy.  I just wasted 3 hours of my life.

BTW, I did finally get a text from the booker 4 hours after the "appointment" to apologize.

So is there a review option for no-show?

and we know it happens but what can you do other than take it in stride.

Hasn't that young lady only been in the business a few weeks? I wouldn't be surprised by a NCNS. You did do the wright thing by bringing it to the boards attention.

I actually saw Mckenzie, she's a hot girl, and I'll think you'll enjoy her. First, I don't drive anywhere until I get the address. I don't want to play mind games. If a provider is serious, she'll give me her address, its no harm in doing so. When I arrive at the scheduled time, and they don't pick up or text within 5 minutes. I will wait, the maximum time frame I will wait is 15 minutes, after 15 minutes, its no use.

Live and learn. There are plenty of fishes in the sea. If they keep on running their business like this, they'll sink instead of swim.
