I have had good luck and good time with Chinese apartments but have been concerned about their safety. Before entering an apartment I usually drive around and check if someone is watching or monitoring the place. One time I visited a Japanese girl on Saturday morning, she was shook up and told me she got arrested the previous night. After that incident I have been worried. Would like to know what Ican be done to avoid an encounter with LE in this situation. Obviously there are no reviews about these places on TER.

Chinese apartments are similar to AMPs difference being AMPs are normally located in a commercial places like strip malls with a sign on door while Chinese apartments are normally located in rental apartments which move from time to time may be because of neighbors complaints. Both are normally operated by agents who answer calls and setup appointments. Working girls usually come from out of town and change every 2 to 3 weeks. There are no reviews about the girls on TER, I think, because they are not independent or they cannot be identified.

there are loads of reviews. Hobbyists call these "k girls" and there all over LA. There's a number of them popping up where I am in Phx, mostly Thai ladies, and there's another chinese apartment in Vegas as well. The rates are usually below market and the service is usually spot on. One group did get busted in Vegas awhile ago, but I've not heard of any of these operations getting busted latel. They move frequently as the OP mentioned. In LA they screen and it's difficult to break into the K girl scene. Just read the LA board for more info
They are advertised all the time, alot of people just don't pay attention.
It will say, something to the effect, fully furnished, daily rate, weekly rate, come and go as you please. Providers will rent these for a day or two and then get another one somewhere else in the city. Here in DC in Chinatown there are tons of them available. They will take girls to the airport also.
I'm not sure how safe they are really. I'd be careful.
Now I avoid these places like the plague. The only two times I've come close to getting caught were at setups like this. One was a rented house the other an apartment in a complex. One got busted the night I was going to go there (I saw LE on the front porch and drove away) the other got busted within a few days of my visit. Places like this are generally high volume with a variety of both providers and customers coming and going. Sooner or later the neighbors notice this and it doesn't take long for them to figure out what is going on and call LE. No one wants a brothel operating in their neighborhood.

I am referring to metropolitan Chicago area and I guess you are referring to Boston area, but I think activities and risk of getting caught are probably similar. My experience is girls are more friendly and cooperative in these places but it is also hit and miss and sometimes language barrier becomes difficult to overcome . Thanks for your input. Play safe!
