I have noticed several ladies mention yoga (cold or hot!) as a hobby or real discipline.

After seeing this video, I know appreciate the possibilities!!!!  Wow!!

Maybe this should be a new check-off item on provider profiles!

I always love the ladies that do Yoga, Pilates or Ballet...

Katie Flowers, Shanna Price and Julianna.... some of my favorite things in life... LOL!

Anytime the body and mind can meet in sync.. It can truly have a gfeat effect on all facets of one's life..
For me personally being in ballet young and gymnastics and cheerleading in highschool and maintaing limber joints thruout your life allows for positions that are sensual and extremely sexy
thats my opinion ..
