I must admit that I always freak out a bit when TER disappears, (for whatever the reason). I always think the worse, and right now because of the upcoming election, I figure it must be the Russians. But really, there's not that many national or even local boards for me to turn to for info. So the simple question is this. What do you guy's, (or ladies), do when there's a disruption in the hobby world, or in this case, there's no TER?

I was leaving a review and the thing was down all day. The question you ask is scarier for people in relationships I am sure. I suspect if you are not a well known public figure, little will hurt you. That said, I had the same thought process a few times. The bigger fear is the legal case against Backpage in Dallas and how that all went down.

There are dozen of web sites out there with ads and reviews just like this site. Sure at the moment they're not as popular or well-known but should this one goes down (permanently) everything and everybody will migrate to another site soon enough.
