... with good ol' H20might be number 1, then a light alcohol like white wine or champagne and next would be something harder like a good bourbon or scotch. I trying to have a good variety of things sort of to be better safe than sorry. Since many of them are driving so they don't want to drink booze at all or at least nothing too heavy.  

I know this was geared to the guys but just wanted to throw in my two pennies to be helpful. Hope some join in.

For me it would be some cold water. Sex seems to make me very, very thirsty.  Perhaps it is all the tongue action.
