For communication, yes. For screening, absolutely not.

I've been setting things up by e mail for years now.  I screen just as well and even make sure his e mail address is legit.  Most of the time we start with e mail and end with texts.  Screening is the key and an email is great info to screen, (NEVER see anyone on an email, phone number or website handle or "whitelist" only, these are not able to give you the solid info you need, their simply not safe.) I've also caught a few I wouldn't see by the info from their e mail address only, there was no need to screen further.

I do get offered e mails from their work address, these are easily faked and NOT a screening tool.

As long as your using e mail for communication and NOT a screening tool and you're making sure the email is legit, I believe it's perfectly find to use email for communication.

In wisconsin do u trust setting up by email only?

I will not setup by email only. I want to talk on the phone briefly for my own piece of mind and there is also a lot you catch in a conversation that you would never be able to catch any other way. Over the phone, he doesn't have all this time to consider how he wants to present himself. He could very well have spent a long time doing that little email you are relying on. It is also very impersonal to not speak to a live person. I do know it is pretty popular with some ladies all over the USA. I do hear complaints about not receiving emails in a timely manner or it being in their spam mail. Do whatever feels comfortable for you and what you are willing to deal with.

Once I have seen someone, I don't care about us talking over the phone. I make few exceptions for my rule. I personally don't think just having someone's email and no phone number is a good way to go. Too much can happen prior to appt, which also includes a guy running late. What if he can't get into his email? The phone is by far more reliable for contact.

Just some thoughts. I know quite a few guys enjoy email only.

P411 is great, I use it a lot.  I don't use it and only it, I do screening in addition.  It's never a good idea to use only 1 screening method or put your well being in a website alone.

Agreed.

I have faith in that site and I also will contact a few okays. Pretty simple and I don't need to ask for dna or anything LOL.

A simple membership on P411 isn't enough. Many okays by reputable gals, more than enough. Reputable, not just anyone.

I love P411... I have been on it for over 7 years now, and absolutely love it. I use it as a primary screening tool, but then as Alexandra stated, I too contact a few of the most recent ok's. You should never rely on only one screening tool alone. In cases where the gentlemen aren't members of P411, then I will ask for two current ( within 6 months) provider references, as well as occasionally employment information etc... You can never be too careful.....
