I've been wondering what happened to Karina, who moved down this way from Philly? She posted that she wasn't getting a lot of calls. Anyone know if she is still around? I couldn't find the posts byabout her, and don't have her number.

Sometime after the LE problems with SI in Rockville she decided to leave. She may have even posted here her explination - give it a search and see what comes up.

For personal reasons. She didn't post about leaving but I do know it had nothing to with LE in Rockville, how she was doing in DC etc. Personal reasons and I'll leave it at that, out of respect for her privacy.

wonder if she will consider a trip here once in a while? I understand she didn't leave for LE reasons - but she did move from Rockville location to DC before going due to the post written about it.
OK, it's not likely I would have visited then or now as my budget limits can't afford her luxury - of course my loss not hers.

I must have missed that post. To my knowledge, Karina was never in DC. She was advised to move out of Rockville by others, but that is not the same thing nor do I think SI's issues in MD had anything to do with her. Contrary to what many seem to think, I believe geography had nothing to do with SI's problems and it was more about foot-traffic, neighbors etc.
Regardless, Karina had no problems with LE in MD. Last I heard she was doing fine.
Check out the Philly board. She posted a few months ago in the Philly board that she had to leave Philly for DC because of LE concern. Now she has returned to Philly/DE area and the reason she posted was not getting enough calls. IMO, she is overpricing herself.
I'm glad you know - the reason I mentioned it was recalling a discussion you also were part of and it was at that time she mentioned moving to DC and may have left Rockville for other reason as you mention - just a coincidence in time line with what she stated as all the chaos on the board about Rockville - I guess I misunderstood.
Anyway - once more - if you are in touch - tell her she is missed and I'm sure would be greeted well if she decided to come and visit - hey, I might even see her - now wouldn't that be something.... (Big Daddy - can I borrow a few $$)
Oh my, I just noticed all the hoopla over little old me. Well, I wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing very well in Del. and I miss the few special friends (especially GirlinDC!!!) I made during my short stay in DC. And just to set the record straight my move had nothing to do with LE or DC in general. Matter of fact, as Tony would say it, “you guys are GGGRREAT!!!", but unfortunately due to personal reason's I had to move. I would have loved to stay, but when given the choice of DC or being closer to me son, well I don’t think I need to say much more. I’m sure you all understand. I will definitely be planning a visit back to your area in the fall, when he return’s to school, but until then I will only be available in Del., so if you should happen up my way any time in the near future don’t hesitate to give me a call. My prices may now be a little more affordable as well 1/2hr $250 1hr $300 and if you mention this ad I’ll knock off another $25. LOL I hope to see some of you soon! Kisses Karina 267-997-9532
