I have been thinking that it would be nice to find a good FSBM provider and arrange monthly or bi-weekly standing appointments.   That way the risk and hassle for both parties is lessened.    As long as they keep it fresh and fun, it seems like a good arrangement.  Maybe a provider would give a deal on rates for a long term commitment.  Anyone ever do this?

Based on a bi-weekly arrangement, I doubt you'll be able to get a discount rate.  After some  weeks/months, though, a girl might offer a more relaxed time standard, or deliver services unavailable to non-regulars, but you'll need to build that rapport.
