HELLO DC!!!

I am going to be coming to visit the month of JULY.  Not sure exactly when but most likely on the 4th - 8th of July.

Would love some info as places to stay, we will not have a car, so a city location would be best.  Also the great hot spots to visit, shopping, dining and night life.
