As a fellow cannabis lover, I will give the OP the benefit of the doubt that maybe he didn't mean it the way it came out. There is certainly something fun and bonding about getting high with someone cool that you like and wanting to hang out and not being rushed... especially when you find someone who shares your same affinity for 420 as it can make the intimacy more intense.  

That being said, to the OP, since you appear to be new and have no reviews, looking for someone who is "not a clock watcher" is a red flag bc it appears that you are looking to take advantage of a lady's good nature and willingness to show you a good time by taking advantage and not paying for her time. That is a BIG no-no in this world. If you want to get stoned with a provider and hang out, then book 2 hours.  

If someone is lenient with you on time, that's their decision to make... As a monger in good standing, you should always compensate for time spent or you will get a rep as someone who takes advantage and you will find your appointment requests getting ignored as word about you spreads. All you have in this game are your references and your rep... if you shit on either of these or take them for granted, no one will take your calls or emails and you will be right back to you old friend Rosie Palmer for companionship.
