Seeking a provider who will have an incall west of DC towards Front Royal or Winchester. Must enjoy DFK and cuddling.

You'll never find a quality provider west of Dulles. There is one Winchester provider listed on P411, but I would have great hesitation in believing she would be upscale...or gfe.
Its rural Va....not profitable for a top notch provider to operate in these areas....
Best you could do in the area would be some crack ho in Martinsburg.....run!

While I appreciate your thoughts you are actually quite wrong. In the past I have met wonderful providers who were coming to Winchester for one reason or another.  
Don't jump to conclusions and lump all providers into one basket.

That would be a 1st for me....
I remember some BP ladies being in the area...
But ive personally not seen any lady of higher quality advertise the " Valley " area. Not disagreeing with you...just simply saying ive not seen it.

I definitely agree with you on the BP girls in the area. that's why I put the message on here. I've had girls from DMV that were coming west anyway hook up with me to earn a little extra spending money. i'm not saying often but I've had 4 in the past. All very nice.
