Trumpism in local agency management

There had been an old thread about a couple northern VA agencies, specifically Jennifers Models and Allure.  The summary was that there seemed to be numerous posters who had negative experiences with these 2 agencies and then, of course, the management of both entering the fray with rebuttals of how ANY bad service had to be the client's fault - bad hygiene, bad looks, etc.  or discussions of the difficulty of "managing" some of their talent.
To me, this is almost comically like Trumpism - being deaf to all of the criticism and commentary around you, even if from multiple people, and being unwilling to accept responsibility or attempt to improve yet create a smokescreen with excuses of why these re-occuring issues are not your problem.  I laugh when I see a Jennifers Models ad or email promotion touting "excellent reviews" when in some cases those reviews are mediocre at best.
There is another new review for a provider from one of these agencies with a "2" for performance.   Even if their arrogance allows them to turn the repeated blame back on the clients, you would think they might realize that the area offers multiple services with reliable women offering consistent service and this all comes at the same or even slightly lower price.  I have no issue paying the donations requested by either Jennifers or Allure but with multiple Korean agencies as well as more touring agencies bringing in Eastern European or Latin women with better attitudes and service, you would think they might realize how badly they are getting beaten by competitors and MAYBE reflect on how to stop the downward slide.

you are injecting politics into it but if there's a common idea here it's about unstable people who abuse their power

It is bad enough that we have to put up with Fake News about our President from the Fake Media.  I really don't need to put up with this pandering her on TER.

Trump...is that you?

No but I am proud to say I voted for him.

Whichever side of the fence one falls on, political beliefs should be checked at the door here on this board.

There ae 2 things we should not be talking about here (OK, there's really more than 2.....LOL!!).

One is politics and the other is religion. Simply no place for those 2 on a board such as this.

I also agree with the OP:  the person in charge behaving completely in denial of arrogant and irresponsible behavior. A few years ago the owner of a PV agency, that is still in business by the way, called me and yelled over the phone because I had mentioned his agency here on the TER board. His tirade included threats of banning me from his agency. It slipped his mind that I had patronized his establishment for over a decade as a loyal customer. He also expressed pride in the fact that he was able to discover my identity. Not once did he ever call me to ask if I had enjoyed my time at his business to get any feedback from a customer. As for Jennifer's Models: it is a complete and total disgrace.

This has more to do with market economies. Jme has a constant supply of well priced sex, which, in combination with lax screening, means jme has a ton of demand. If there's no monetary incentive to excel, why would they?

Do you mean to say that once a business becomes very profitable, good customer service becomes irrelevant? Isn't good customer service part of what makes the business profitable in the first place? Or are you trying to say that good customer service is not necessary in the provider business? Jennifer's Models certainly seems to wholeheartedly endorse this way of thinking.

I'm saying that good customer service takes effort. In this case there's such a high demand for what she provides that she can get away with it. That may not last forever!
