Both suck. Do a little searching on this board, AME has been known to publicly shame and blackball guys who write honest reviews on their providers. JM engages in the same type of behavior, on top of that has absolutely horrible customer service, and the provider service bar is very low (just look at reviews for proof).  

There are MUCH MUCH better agencies in the area.

First I wouldn't say AME and JM are horrible. I work with them often primarily because they often can accommodate my last minute appointment requests. Most experiences for me have been solid. There have also been a few misses. I have some great Indy friends but some times the scenery change and instant gratification work as well. Flawless, Private Liaison, Matchless BC, have all treated me well. XO companions is currently on my radar.

Red Tease doesn't disappoint, although talking to their girls can be tough if you don't remember your HS Spanish.

Just scheduled a last minute appointment with her. Incredible athletic body. Super sweet, smart, and interesting. She is tall at about 5'10". I would certainly recommend.

Just to reiterate.. for those "fine" individuals that feel like they are being mistreated.  Let me remind you the reasons why:

1. You have poor hygiene
2. You are nosey and make our models uncomfortable
3. You overstay.
4. You cancel many times.
5. You retaliate when a model does not do what you want her to do (typically something unsafe).  

For those clients that have used us over the years, thank you.  You are fine gentlemen.  For those of you who who choose to hide behind an alias and talk a bunch of non-sense, see reasons 1 through 5, so you understand why you are being treated like the turd that you are.  

Folks - we talk to each other.... all agencies.....rest assured the good and bad clients are highlighted.   Behave and be respectful and you will be fine...

I used to be a regular at JM but not so much anymore. I've met some ATF's there, but also a few duds. The photos are heavily glammed, so buyer beware. The "service level" tends to be consistent, but too often the appt time ends up delayed. I mainly got tired that the same hotel was being used, and I got a little paranoid about that.

I'm not aware of any other agencies that consistently provide good looking, english-speaking girls. most other agencies are k-girls (little/no english) or russians (again, english is usually limited).

Based on my personal experience Allure, Matchless, and Flawless are all great agencies.  There are many great agencies in the DC area.  And they do an excellent job accommodating same day requests.  

As for the ones you're inquiring about I don't know and don't have any history AND to be clear I'm not insinuating that any of the below applies to them.

However, in general I've found agencies to be misleading and they don't treat the women who employ them very well, the women are usually young, desperately need money in  short period of time or are in some sort of transition in their life so they don't stick around long.  If you find a woman at an agency you like, she'll probably be gone after a short period of time.  Also, many of them employ exclusively foreign women which is always a red flag for nefarious activity.

I've met women who've worked for or started with an agency and they always said that with a little attention to detail, they were much more successful on their own than they ever were working for an agency.  I have no way or really knowing that.

There were a couple agencies in the past run by ex-providers in the DC area that were reputable, but they only lasted a couple of years before they either closed the agency or retired the business.

If you like the allure of the unknown, then good luck.  I can't tell you how many times as a young man I was burned.  (Bait and switch, money was stolen or it was just a lousy experience.)

Bottom line: I found planning ahead, doing your own research (P411) and surfing sites like this is the best way to go.  Just my .02...and I realize my .02 was not asked for.  

Yes, I was routinely burned by agencies years ago as well.  But that was years ago.  Before the internet of things took full force and before I was aware of sites like TER.  Within the past few years, I have not been burned  by an agency once.  In fact, I think that most of the agencies in the DC area do a pretty good job with quality control and genuinely care that I had a good experience.  More than 50% of the time, after the appointment is over I receive a text message ensuring that my expectations were met or exceeded.  I never seem to get that with independents.  Objectively, many of the girls that work for agencies are younger and more attractive than many of the independents at the same or even higher price points.  On the other hand, many of the independents understand how the game is played much better and therefore are better at foreplay, seduction, offering words of encouragement, and creating illusions.  I wouldn't knock the agencies.  Many of them are very good.  And almost all of the agencies are much better at accommodating same day requests.      

I just recently talked to a visitor to one of those agencies who had a terrible experience. She talked about being completely disrespected and made to do things she was uncomfortable with, so much so that she left after one day.

So take that anecdote as you will.

I've used them in the recent past - AME, Jennifers, Matchless etc. etc.

Some have been good, some do leave room room improvement and in my opinion even the good ones occasionally drop the ball.

However, one point that I'd like to make is the one thing that the agencies have in their control is how they treat clients, they cannot control service etc. Blaming clients for hygiene etc seems such a cliche. Cannot be used for all occasions. At some point agencies also need to accept that customer service at some of the agencies gets confrontational.

I use them because it enables me to set up appt at short notice, not much homework needed to do as much research, just look at recent reviews and that's it.

I have used AME for years and I think Jaimee does a great job.  I use an agency for convenience.  I can call at the last minute and be accommodated, and at his price point, use the service often.  The girls are generally "as advertised" and I have never had an issue. I also spend $1000 for top shelf independent girls, but you have to be vetted every time, it is a slower process and it requires more time.  They are two different experiences, and I don't get all the haters.

I highly recommend bestknownsecrets, they are a solid agency who offers great customer service.  My experience with their girls has been top notch.

I don't often use agencies but sometimes things fall through at the last minute. When that happens I go to AME. I have only used them three times but never have been disappointed. I have used two other agencies and while the girls looked as advertised they acted like they were being trafficked and not enjoying life much. Jaimee's girls on the other hand were always happy and made me feel like I was their best boy friend just returning from a 90 day tour on a nuclear submarine. He must be treating them right.

I used JM, AME and MiamiDolls in the past (and then there's the k-girl book).

Are those agencies perfect? obviously not. Do they provide what they advertise on an acceptably high number of occasions? I would say they do. Of course, every experience may be different. Some don't live up to expectations.  In spite of this, I think some of the comments I read here are unfair. And I say this even as I recall some interactions with Jen in which he or she was being annoying or even offensive without reason.
But one has to put things in perspective, gibe credit where credit is due. I appreciate the fact that young latinas are great to play with, and agencies makes sure that they are trusted too...and if I have to brush up on my spanish to communicate with them, so be it.

Advantage is certainly once you are screened you are now into the chance to last minute and less hassle book someone.  I certainly enjoy their pics and have heard wonderful things from gents who love using them.   Depending on your hobby palate, that can be very appealing to what I call 'samplers.'   They are the gents who prefer to see someone once or maybe twice and move on frequently to the new sensation of a fresh experience.  Many of these men have respectful interactions but prefer less personal attachment...I would assume that helps to get over the language and culture barriers.   For the provider, she skips the advertising/ screening and at times is not even the person you communicate with which allows her more time to be pretty and ready for you.  

Disadvantages so I am told by ladies who have been registered currently and in the past are the volume of friends that they are expected to see is significant.  They seem to have little control over that so at times are providing in an overwhelmed and tired state physically and emotionally.  Depending on the policies of the agency, she may not have the flexibility to take time for herself to refresh or handle personal issues that arise.   From the gent perspective, it can be dissetling to be part of the volume with that provider but also the line through the door over the time she has been booked there.   Sometimes even more than one lady entertains in one room.  These are things that would bother me personally.   Plus yes, I have heard that many ladies who are foreign born without great language skills utilize them so this can be an issue for gents who enjoy stimulating conversation and a sense of humor mixed with sensuality.  

Independents may take more time, but when you arrive, you can rest assure that you are desired and personally chosen from a usually lower volume provider.  We can be the pick of a sampler style hobbiest OR the gent who prefers a more intimate relationship.  

Whatever you pick, certainly use respectful form and there is no need to worry about having a negative history in general.  This is about fun and enhancing your day, folks!

Here is another objective view.  Have used both multiple times and have some good experiences as well as some bad ones.  They absolutely stack appointments, whether with the same girl or shuffling a room among multiple girls, I am not sure.  I have made the 30 minute drive to Tysons to then wait around for 10-15 minutes because I know they stacked up an appointment back to back as I have been told so by the girls (not a great start to a session obviously).  I have also made the drive and shown up only to have the girl flake and a not very apologetic response from the management who seem more bothered by "what they have to endure" managing these girls.  Guess what, that is your fucking business.  

If they were more reliable, had more consistently good ladies and not roulette, didn't send email newsletters with information treading on privacy concerns, etc.  then I would say they would have each had thousands more of my dollars.  As it is, there are one or two favorites that I would revisit but won't take a gamble on new ones.

Personally haven't used Jennifer's Models in a very long time since their models continue to be not up my alley. (To detail on that point, most JM models seem to be older and/or lack English skills... if this is the market they're trying to corner, they're certainly getting blown out of the water in every way possible by XOCompanions.) I was also put off by the public shaming emails that would be sent out every two months, but that hasn't happened in a long time.

AME, though, has been a wonder to deal with. Not sure if they took cues from this thread, but they've been very kind, respectful, and helpful. Props!

A terrible agency that banned me two years ago for refusing to see one of their suggested models. I doubt Jennifer would enjoy sitting at a restaurant and eat what the manager tells her to. I figured that in due time more disgruntled clients would raise their voices here about the terrible attitude of this agency.

I stick with AME, Flawless, and Wet & Wild--never had a problem with them and have  been treated with a modicum of decency. You hear that Jennifer?

Don't write off JM based on this thread

So I just used JM for the first time yesterday and had a truly outstanding session with a to-die for girl. Do I believe it could have turned out badly? Sure, as it could for any other agency. You are dealing with a big buck, on the fringe and probably brutal business (which ones aren't?). I personally would not want to get into a pissing match with any of them unless I was planning on moving out of the area soon.

However, I did my research on the girl before I booked. TER makes it easy. Fake reviews? Sure, but after a year in the same area I see many of the girls I have seen being reviewed by the same clients. So I compare my review to theirs so I can get a feel for the way they write the reviews and what we mutually agree on when we see a provider. And this makes it easy to spot the fakes. Of course this means YOU have to do more homework.

Problems. Always. I have been seeing two to three girls a month for the last 12 months and have come to expect the following.

- Age:  yes, most lie however they are still beautiful. And INDYs are the worse for stretching the age.

- Pictures:  you don't expect a professional photographer to charge big bucks for bad pictures, do you? They will brush them up.

-Punctuality:  I have never (with one exception from an independent that works from her home) not had to wait at least 10 minutes for the room number. This kind of irks me as providers are always telling us how much THEY appreciate punctuality. But I am not about to suck a gun over it. And this applies to low volume INDYs as well as agencys. I think it is a women thing. All real women will keep a man waiting (isn't that in the Ten Commandments or something?).

-Hotels: booking hotels in the DC area can be impossible or very very expensive certain times of year. I have had INDYs have to cancel because they could not book a hotel. Room cost can easily wipe out any profit, especially for the agency-priced providers. I had problems with the hotel yesterday while seeing Jennifer's girl. Not Jen's fault but the hotel (a very nice one in a nice area) had cleverly hidden their low cost first floor rooms and had no directory (that I could find). I had to ask a hotel maintenance man where the hell the room was.

So, like everything else, you need to expect problems and do your part to negate them to as much extent as possible. I had a wonderful time (one of the best so far) using JM yesterday. If I would have listened to the nay sayers here that have had (legitimate) problems using JM then I would have missed out on an opportunity many people never get in a lifetime. Had I had a bad time, well, shit happens.

They are good for what they provide, easy and quick access to usually youngish ladies. I've had some phenomenal appointments while also having fairly disapponting sessions probably for every one great there are about 10 so so. However, I've never had but positive experiences with the agency bookers/managers.

I have had some mixed experiences with Agencies in the area. So here is my take on them:

AME - for the most part really great experiences. I have had two not great experiences. Told Jaime about both and received an apology. Neither lady worked for the agency for very long.  

JM - Some great, Some really bad. My problem is JM isn't the ladies, it is Jennifer herself. If you don't have a great experience, then Jen is very rude to you about it. It does no good to tell her that the experience was bad, because she is mean and rude about it in return.  

FLawless - only experiences have been great. Easy to work with.

Matchless Beauties - Really great or Really not Great. I have found very few middle of the road ladies with MB, they are either amazing or really not. They seem to be fairly receptive to feedback when something does not go well, and have never been rude or insulting.  

Touring GFE Girls - You can call this an agency or a booking service that works with a bunch of indy ladies. Either way, I have had great experience with them, in both quality and customer service.  

In summary the only agency that I will never use again is JM, and that is solely based on Jenn's behavior.

Sloane at Private Liaisons has been very good to me: responsive, polite...and top notch women.
