Prices for anything is based on supply and demand.  It's also based on quality.  Being in the hobby for almost eight years I've seen the ups and downs.  The pandemic changed many things to how to meet, screening, locations (hotel types), consideration, filtering, etc.  Everything changes.  It's a pandemic!

In regards to prices, these days there is less supply but much more demand.  Let's be honest, 16 months of men not getting any...it makes a lot of guys wanting.  At the same time it's much more difficult for a women to do this.  Flights are $$$, hotels are more strict on guests so they are limited, health screening is even more important, etc.  

I don't mind the changes.  Being selfish, I prefer higher consideration on the best ladies so they are more available to me :) But, in general demand for this is high and quality is low supply.  So, if you want it...you need to pay.

So Im still a n00b really, I haven't yet gone FS but from what Ive read here the prices for providers increased because of the pandemic.  Looks like the average costs for 7-8 star reviewed providers is like $400.  What were they in the before times?  Do we think the prices will go down next year?

hotels, gas, photoshoots, advertising prices / websites were we advertise would go down?  I don't think so.  

As a matter of fact many of us aren't doing incalls  (unless for long engagements) in DC much bc it does not justify the hotel rates & valet/parking + other expenses. Reason why we are going to Nova and surroundings.  

Hotels are charging additional $$ for early check in, many requiring "guest" to be registered on the reservation, hotels are paying more attention for several "guest" coming in and out of the rooms and calling providers to verify how many guest are in reservations... so the rates are adjusted to be VERY low volume in order to prevent these issues.
