Whitelist vs Oks?

Ladies, do you prefer to see whitelistings or OKs?

I will still request 2 References to vouch for you .

I post ok's on p411when person was safe to meet for that ONE meeting. If I meet the person again; I update the ok again. (if you meet the same lady for more than 5 times I believe) a star appears next to the ok.

As far as whitelist, I don't whitelist... UNLESS is a LONG TIME regular client AND is something that I decided to do so.. not when I get asked over and over again.

Quickest way to annoy me is to write me several times on p411, TER & email requesting a whitelist when we only meet for ONE time for ONE hour... (and the person overstayed their time, yes... it happens).

I dont like to feel forced to do anything  (incluiding adding a whitelist to a profile).

What I prefer? It doesn't make a difference, it all depends of the information I gather from the screening. Some gentleman act in different ways with different ladies.

Vero,

While I prefer P411 "Okays" to TER Whitelistings, I would honestly rather see real world information like employment verification. However, I am not naive and realize providing real world information can be problematic for some; especially if they had have negative experiences the past. While I give preference to those that submit employment verification in addition to provider references, I have learned how to navigate the murky waters for those that use their "Okays" or "Whitelists".

If I receive a request where I need to verify "okays" or "whitelists", I ask for supplemental information from the potential client AND email the provider who vouched for the client. Why? It's all relative. What an "okay" or "whitelist" means to one person, is entirely different for another individual. I rather touch base with the provider just to firm things up. While some of my colleagues may not like that, it has been useful for me and helped me avoid some real pieces of coal. For example, an individual once provided me with their TER information and was whitelisted by some pretty fantastic providers. Upon communication with those colleagues, I learned that while the individual was "harmless" (as in this client would not harm you physically) this individual proved to be an avid boundary crosser during and after appointments, and mentally abusive. The reason this individual was whitelisted was due to the pressure they put on the providers, otherwise they would provide a lower score. After further verification methods were used, the same issue kept coming up.

Either way, there is no full proof method here. No matter if a provider accepts whitelists, okays, employment info, etc, we are still taking a risk. It is a game of odds.

LJ, xx

I took a whitelist from a well known lady (and real info) from the client, the whitelist was a nightmare! I would not see that individual again. Pushes boundaries, abusive.. ugh. So taking whitelist only... nope, thanks

This is something that has been discussed over and over again for years.  Both should basically mean that the appointment(s) went smooth and that the lady would see you again.  She is vouching for you.  Ladies obviously don't have to give an ok or a white list.  Some people have complained that having reviews and white lists on the same site is a bad thing because it inflates reviews and has the potential to create conflicts of interest.  Some guys have said that they have received a white list from someone that they never met.  Most people seem to think that a lady shouldn't have to PM oks or white lists because that ok or white list should tell you everything that you need to know (he was a respectable client and I would see him again) and anything else is not necessary.  Many ladies have their own "policies."  Some ladies don't give white lists out at all.  Others look at both the same way.  Some try to use them to get clients to book again and/or become regulars.  P411 won't allow a lady to deny an ok because the client didn't book long enough or for a nonsensical reason.  White lists on the other hand can be abused in that way.  Ladies claim that they feel pressured to provide a white list, but that is questionable given that most ladies just wait for a review to post before even considering a white list.  Once a review has posted, it cannot be changed so there should be no real pressure particularly if the lady doesn't want to see the guy again.  On the other hand, more than a few providers have told me that they have found ladies speaking out of both sides of their mouth: they find really good clients who they give oks to and do everything to get them to book again or become regulars but deter other ladies from meeting with their clients.  Put another way, if a lady PMs them about a guy who they want to become a regular they may ironically enough not provide a reference or not provide a great reference because they don't want someone to steal their client.

....it doesn't matter what site essentially "houses" them (TER, P411 etc).
WL/ref/okay's are nice but I like going more in-depth than just that.

I use white lists and plays as a way to do reference checks on top of screening I already do. I've never taken that as anything more. I've gotten burned by someone with a whitelist as well as a ton of plays, so I make it a point to check with those ladies. It really just makes gett My references easier instead of a guy having to dig up the providers info for me. It also helps establish a bit of legitimacy to a provider. I'm not saying that having a provider profile on P411 or TER means someone is legit, but it at the very least helps establish they're not some obscure unknown person that just so happens to have some equally obscure ad.

I still have my own business model.  I don't ask for references because each ladies experience is different with the same gent.  I don't like to give references for the same reason.  I agree that having a track record does 'legitimize' the gent for me and create somewhat of a comfort zone, but they still need to set up the session according to my protocol.
