just look at the newest reviews in DC and pick one. Most of the girls in this area are great. Yeah, there's a few ripoffs, but look to see how many reviews they have. If they have 3, 5 10 PAGES of reviews, you know she's doing something right. Check the reviews and go for it!

Wow, hot, young, and willing are three tough criteria to all meet, dude!

2. Emily, $$$, of http://www.gabriellasangels.com , normally only performs at a GFE level, but is hot, young, and fairly willing!
3. For honourable mentions, intelligence from South Florida indicates that Sabina and Milana, $$1/2, from http://www.ultraGFE.com may fit all your criteria?
