I've only been hobbying since this past January and have had my share of disappointments and close calls with BP girls generally and TS girls specifically.
Personally, I wouldn't see this provider without more information about her -- too risky. Just my 2 cents.
The Chicago metro area is my home base, and my work (accounts for 90% of my advertising and appointments) is from backpage. Disregarding BP would take a provider such as myself off your possible radar, and I'm told that I'm kinda worth it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . So I don't think writing it off would be a positive, as there are quite a few outstanding providers that do advertise there.

If I came across your ad in BP it would only require a little bit of googling on my part to determine that you're a safe bet. When researching girls I'm looking for TER reviews, P411 accounts, personal websites, social media presence, etc.
The only TS girls in the Boston area (where I frequent) who seem to have any of the aforementioned credentials are escorts visiting from elsewhere, and since they're here for a limited time scheduling an appointment is difficult.
BP is still the best place to find TS girls. New girls pop up all the time and travel girls always post there once Eros doesn't generate enough calls.
As for the OP's question about this girl, if you're interested go for it. Some simple logic tells me she is legit; no one who is scamming is gonna use those photos. The search history for her phone number is short, but checks out. I TOFTT ALOT and this is one I would be 99.99% confident she's legit if I went to see her.
Did you ever see this girl? I'm pretty cautious and don't often partake, but she passes my sniff test too. I agree with Timotl for the reasons that he gave, my impression was similar.
I'm going to play devils advocate and point out the reasons that I have not "taken one" with her, despite that I work within a mile of the address that she uses and have seen her ad since it first popped up a few months ago. There are two other mannish trannies that advertise heavily in the area, they are Gracie ( near the same intersection) and Shannon (in Hoffman E). Shannon is pretty well established, she hosts the Tranny parties that advertise on BP, she's a webcam girl, and she has reviews and is verifiable elsewhere. I have seen Gracie in photos with Shannon and they seemed to be working together for a while, so that gives points to Gracie for me.
I haven't seen Teri with anyone. The area isn't exactly Boystown, and I would feel a lot more comfortable calling Teri if she were connected to Shannon or Gracie. Maybe it means nothing. All three girls have been on my radar because they have convenient locations, but she's last on my list and it's all just gut feeling.
You mentioned Gracie. I'm pretty sure Gracie is out of circulation these days.
Call Shannon and ask if she knows her.
