I saw Jaguar's ad in CL and I was driving through the valley when I decided to call. I am glad I did. I know that a "diamond in the rough" will always get me back into the hobby. To you newbies a "diamond" is a new provider who hasn't had all the bad experiences to jade their attitudes. That is not to say that providers have bad attitudes but more that they become indifferent due to the business aspect of the profession. She was just as nervous as me. Great attitude and enthusiasm.
