What does a vip session with a ts mean and how is it different from a regular session?

I think VIP is short for rip off.  It's like paying extra for the different color foams at a car wash.  The girls I date are in the $100 to $150 range so it doesn't apply.  I think it means a girl will actually give you service that should be standard-- bbbj, possibly dfk or maybe bbfs.  

Where do you find these discount providers? In my area the standard price for a class A provider is 300. VIP is 400-500.

A regular session by a VIP provider means a handjob while she's checking her phone.  A VIP session is the same thing except she's not on the phone.  (Remember for these ads, she's the VIP, not you.  Avoid VIP providers.)

VIP = Vapid Indifferent Provider.  It could mean many things - but my experience has been that the extra $$$ gets you penetration or cum. I think it is generally good advice to steer clear of anyone charging VIP. You can be sure that if a provider is attracted and horny for the client, they are doing EVERYTHING for their regular rate or less.  
RE: the low priced options aka the $150 girls - I think it's worth noting the trade-off here. They could be drug and disease ridden dangerous vampiras or they could be completely safe. My experiences have been pretty good with  these lower priced options. But I try to do a ton of research to weed out the blood suckers. The $150 girls are not porn stars and have not spent $30K on transition expenses (face, breasts, lipo, butt, hips, personal trainer, etc.).  These are girls who are either cross dressers, femboys or down low trans women who advertise outside of the usual places.   They are typically just starting out on HRT. There can be drama with newbies, but there can be very rewarding experiences too. I was seeing a gal who was on hormones but had no breast development yet.
