Can an art of survival become an art of great passion and thankfulness?
 

Yes.  
 

i am Thankful, and hope that many have had as good and safe a holiday as possible, in such stressful times of politics, social conflict, and deep economic struggle for many...  I truly hope that some have had the chance to find warm places, maybe be with some of those we love, and take a moment to relax, and enjoy more of life than just the daily struggles.  
 

I am thankful that i can live, and stand, and breathe, and feel, and move, and hopefully create new life chances in the next day or the next moment.  
 

I am truly thankful for the grace,  the affections,  and the interest of so many special friends that i have had the honor of knowing and meeting,  and shared intimate,  sometimes very meaningful,  incredibly fun,  and just as often - very wildly naughty explorations with, this passing year...  : )    
 

I am thankful for the strength of my spirit that keeps my heart and mind open to both myself and all others somehow, even in the very worst of times.  This is a gift and a blessing to me, and because i know it,  i must keep that open, not only for myself, but all others as well.  
 

I am forever thankful for the special path of life i have walked,  and will continue to do so until i am dust on the earth.  
I do not curse my maker, nor do i believe i was born in the wrong body,  or that i was made mistakenly and that it must be 'corrected', somehow.  
 

There is tremendous joy and pain both, in this special path of a TS woman in this world,  and i would take both, all over again a million times, for one single day of this kind of personal freedom,  to simply be my genuine self and the best woman i can be, given where i began in this life.   It is a kind of freedom paid for with life itself, and in ways that most may not ever have the chance to experience, and is therefore sacred to me.  

 
It is worth exploring deeper, and most definitely worth sharing with others,  in what can only be described as a wildly satisfying joyfulness,  of shared explorations,  with others doing the same thing for themselves on so many levels.  

   
I am thankful for the many special friends this year,  and years past,  that have contributed to my life. Physically, mentally, erotically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, philosophically, and economically.  

 
If any one of us can do anything we love that rewards us on all of those levels,  then it must still be well more worth doing,  than not,  and this is,  yet again,  another special gift that i am thankful for,  so very deeply and in so many very personal of ways.  

 
I am thankful for forums like this one that at least provide a verifiable point on the compass, for many people to find some valid reference for each other on both sides of the engagement, and so hopefully contribute to the betterment of many of us, both companions and seekers and explorers alike, and our searches to find whatever is it we may be looking for or needing the most.

 
I am thankful for the wind in my hair and the ground under my feet and the waters i love to swim in, and for having people and places i love and treasure in this life and in this world... I am thankful for each new moment and the chance to grow and explore even when it seems impossible to do so at times.  

 
I am thankful this day, and i hope that at least some of us can also find things to be thankful for because it matters. If we have nothing to be thankful for, then what is to strive for, to look back and be thankful for, having survived or attained or reached or grown, no matter how challenging or painful at times, it most certainly can be.

 
I am thankful for being the girl that i am, having a clean mind and healthy heart and kind nature, and a very deeply erotic nature which allows me to continuously open myself to new people, and new adventures of all kinds in this life that most people in the general public and so-called 'normal' lifes' paths, could never possibly imagine, and not only that, but be well-rewarded for it as well.

 
I am thankful this day, and also hope that i will be tomorrow as well.
