The fear of bbj-transmitted stds:
One vix I know uses visual inspection and a warm wash cloth with a bit of witch hazel to catch the unsuspecting small lesion that may be herpes. All she does is say it's a warm wash cloth and will feel good, but she watches carefully to see if you wince.
But how do we guys detect a lesion inside the mouth of a vix?
I've seen a few on the lip, and passed up those bbjs for sure.
But we can't exactly swab or inspect the inside of a vixen's mouth. What is a bbj-seeker to do?

I'm finally gonna take the final step and meet with a TS provider. I am concerned about getting arrested or a sting operation. Which is safer, outcall or incall? Does anyone have any tips or advice on proper contacting procedure & what to look out for? Are "visiting" escorts, as listed on Eros, safe? It just seems risky for someone to stay several days at a hotel with numerous men frequenting her room without someone stopping it. If I'm with an escort, either incall or outcall, can law enforcement enter a hotel room if the escort is not working with them?

how would you handle it if it wasn't a TS? No such thing as 100% safe whether it's sex, legal issues, etc.

I have no experience with escorts of any kinds. As far as safety factors, I'm looking for tips/advice on legal issues. Is an incall more likely to be busted than outcall? What are some "warning signs" that something isn't right might be?

Most important of all, pick a provider who has positive reviews on TER here, or on SER, www.shemaleescortsreview.com.
There is an enormous choice, without going to an unknown.
You realize that you may search TER for TS providers, don't you?
Do it. Simply search the Reviews for ALL transsexuals and you will find over 200 reviewed here I suspect from all over the US.
Reading many reviews is amusing and a good education. Those will answer all of your questions and more. Most importantly, pick someone who does what you want. There is a great deal of behavioral variety out there. CBJ, BBJ, 69, Top, Bottom, Versatile, Fetish, Limp Schlong. Statistically, a significant proportion of TS providers at this stage of the game are not a lot of fun, not GFE. So study those reviews. Some real lookers are also real b**tches.
Each city has different LE issues, so in which Metro area are you in general? Bad hot spots right now are San Diego and OC, the Carolinas always bad, Virginia always, and especially small towns.
Sure, people notice visitors in small hotels, but I've actually never been stopped going into a hotel to see a GG, so why would a TS be different? You walk in dressed professionally carrying a magazine or newspaper and go straight for the elevator as if you were staying there. It helps to know where the elevator is, of course, so walk slowly enough to find out, and try not to trip over your dick.
Only see providers familiar with the Heimlich manuever. LOL

I am a beginner as well with the same fears, I read all the reviews but haven't got up the courage to actually go though with it. I don't consider myself gay but can't stop fantazing about being with a hot TS. I also worry about all the std thing when a real about bbbj I tend to get scared

Just put it into perspective. Going to visit with a GG or a TG. the issues are the same.

1. LE is the same.
2. STD are the same.
3. Wife/S.O. finding out, the same. (Well maybe not exactly).
4. Getting Ripped off! The same. That is why beginners only use the GG/TGs we recommend on TER.
5. If you are worried about STDs from receiving a BBBJ, I will volunteer to take that punishment for you.

As others have suggested on the board, go with one that does the things you like/are looking for. Sounds like you should go with a TGFE w' a condom on the side.

hi guys. i am a registered nurse, an osha-certified bloodborne pathogens instructor, and a bbbj lover. here are a few facts as i know them: it is POSSIBLE but UNLIKELY to transmit oral-to-genital herpes. in order to contract herpes while receiving a blowjob, you must have a cut on your penis and they must have an open sore in their mouth. if you give a blowjob, the only behavior that is HIGH risk is to let them cum in your mouth and hold it there for an extended period. if you spit it out or swallow it quickly and rinse thoroughly afterwards, the risk is relatively low. the same is true for bloodborne diseases like HIV or hepatitis; the acid in your stomach will kill the virus. unprotected anal sex, and vaginal sex as well, are much more risky due to the rougher physical aspect and thinner walls of skin, leading to easier absorption of semen, blood, and vaginal secretions. STILL, the risk of contracting hepatitis from unprotected intercourse is 3 in 100, and HIV 3 in 1000.
