always been an IT backwater

I've had a presence there for years, before & after renovation, and its always been technically challenged. It's one reason I've never invested much time (in addition to it not generating much in the way of leads).

So many clicks, so little time

Before the 'improvement' less navigation was required to get information. Now multiple clicks are required to see the provider's pics and profile. Also the filter selections were displayed on the same page as the escort listings. Now an additional click is required to select a filter.

Flash ID / FlashPay / Netspend

Another thing I've noticed is that all or nearly all of the ads have this field, "Flash ID: -provider's name/handle-"

Which I'm guessing is connected to this Netspend/FlashPay thing - see link.  I'm also speculating (with no basis whatsoever) that this is a gambit to skim a bit off some of the payments going to the provider.

Would be curious to hear any non-alternate facts about it all, though I don't see myself ever using it.  (Ladies, I spray all my cash with isopropyl between the ATM and you!)

I know my favorite gal in San Jose fairly well, and have doubts that she'd go for something like this, but I'm curious to ask her next time I see her.  (If shelter in place doesn't drive me completely  mad with horniness first...)
