Long story short - texted Lexy (as requested in ad) 2 weeks ago to see which town she was in...no response.  
Wake up this morning to see I got a text from her at 1:30am with donation amount and tumbler link and a few salacious lines.  

Flake... she post are on Erx and Bp all over the place at same time...... some thousand miles apart.
I understand if she is fishing but she can say that in her ad...

Scare the hell out of me....

Likely because they're business isn't doing well. I by no means will get to answering all request immediately, but generally they're answered within 72 hours.

BE PREPARED! I used to see her somewhat regularly but we had a falling out because she is a complete psycho.

1) many escorts use Google Voice or Vumber or any number of VOIP solutions to maintain anonymity... texts don't often come through instantly. In fact, texts themselves don't even work instantly, depending on network issues.

Personally, I use Textfree - Pinger.  (A LOT of providers will tell you, don't contact me with such apps, but my main fave is fine with it, so there's ZERO exposure on my regular cell phone.)

About her "reaching out unsolicited", I think if you contacted her first, then it wouldn't be "unsolicited".  And with what ever kind of family you got, it's up to you to be careful, not anyone else.  It's possible that she thought she would wait to contact you when she was in your city.  It's up to us to make clear of what we want.  And to follow-up.

As a provider, what my advice is to you is to not text providers.  Quality providers have contact forms on their websites and are verified and reviewed.  Get a hobby email and email your booking requests and wait for a reply and book an appointment instead of texting fake escorts on BP and getting pissed when they send you a response 2 weeks later. Like what would you expect from someone unprofessional like that in the first place??

I get your point about the two weeks reply, I wouldn't do that but there is no need to spend money on another phone there are many free apps that you can download and you can get a free phone number to text and make calls, that's what most guys do now days as far as I know specially if you are married and have a family you don't need to be using your personal number for this because this things can happen.

You couln' t have said better, most guys like to go on backpage to get cheaper rates and most of them don't care if they are fake or not and trust me deep down they know is a fake ad but they still go see the fake provider because is cheaper instead of calling a lady that is reviewed and verified and that's why things like this happens unfortunately and then they wanna write a bad review for just anything lol.

Yup, she definitely does that. She advertises in cities that she won't be in for weeks! In that case, why can't she just state in the ad when she will be arriving to that city? Or she could have just texted the OP back and say "Sorry, I'm not in (wherever) yet but I will be there on (whatever date), so contact me then!"

Feel like I'm talking to a brick wall here. Responding 2 weeks later is the equivalent of randomly texting a past client and soliciting business. You just don't do it unless it's been established that it's safe to do so. It boggles my mind that some of you fail to understand what should be basic etiquette.

Never said that the OP shouldn't take precautions. I'm quoted on here as saying it should be a TWO WAY STREET in terms of respect and discretion. The OP isn't entirely at fault here
