Hi I have a question about preparing for being on the bottom...how do you clean yourself in there and do you do it before you meet the provider or will she have something?  I was looking around online but couldn't find the answer to this.

It would be great if someone could recommend a great provider for my first time in the NY area preferably in Queens.
