I came up with a list of qualities that someone might look for in a ts provider and thought it would be interesting to see which are most important to each of us.

Hair - Blonde/Brunette/Redhead
Location - She is located within a 30 minute drive
Non-rushed session - Believe it or not, there are some guys who just want to get in, get off, get out.
Orientation - Top/Bottom/Versatile
Passable - Has an overall feminine appearance that allows her to walk around in public and most would have no idea she was not a genetic girl.
Price - How much is her donation

I'm assuming your asking from our experiences since so many Tgirls claim in their Ads to be the Perfect girl with all the desirable attributes and often fall short by a mile.
If it's what we look for in a TG I figure Honesty in her description would be my Number 1 need. Since without Honesty whats the point in reading her ad pics will do just fine.

And you left out 1 category---Cut vs Uncut. I always prefer Cut, and I would put that near the top of my list, probably after Passable.
As far as I'm concerned its hard to say anyone or two of the factors that you list matter most - but if forced I'd say functional, GFE, a decent price, safety for sure and her looks. I have not met a girl in years who has ever suggested anything but safe. I sometimes ask afterwards - out of curiosity and certainly NOT because I've any desire to play russian roulette with my life. Are there REALLY girls who'll taske that kind of dumb risk around?
Obviously, these are all pretty broad categories. From reading reviews, it would seem that there are different levels of safety being observed.
Some providers might allow bbbj on them, but would never perform the same on a client. Others are ok with it both ways.
As for penetration, I think it is fairly rare to go bareback, but I assume that it does occur from time to time.
It's all up to the two people involved to decide their comfort level and beliefs.

I am with WaylanSmithers--cut dick and functional at the top. Rushed and price should be put together or considered one and the same. Of course price is important, because if she is unaffordable, what is the point? If I see big tits, I am thinking small balls and thus not much functionality, however, I did once experience a TS with huge tits and had balls and functionality.
Current REAL not overly airbrushed photos. You can't trust a girl with some totally obvious fake pictures. And girls who claim being a functional Top take a note from Brandy Scott or Toni Tease and make one a bulge shot. That way theres no mistaking a Vienna sausage from a Salami.
