Believe it or not some providers do this on purpose just to mess with hobbyist.
Tried meeting Jezebella (Jezebel) Moore. Set up the appointment, but after driving all the way there she flakes out and calls it off. Says I didn't sound like I was in a car of all things... Although she had a nice feminine voice, don't waste your time.
