Would like to get recommendations on true bottoms. Everyone’s tastes are different, and respected. Mine entail a lovely bottom provider, ideally one that specializes in oral. Although this could change, I have no desire to be topped in any way. Part of the mystery and fantasy for me is the feminine role (seductive confidence appreciated, not looking for a total submissive, just not into someone who prefers or enjoys topping).

If I were to use my powers of observation to hazard a guess I'd say he's in one of the five boroughs of NYC.
I've had a similar issue researching in L.A, it seems most providers highlight their functionality & size. Maybe that's just supply & demand at work with marketing rising to the occasion.
I worry about a Top/vers provider being very suggestive about switching and taking me out of the mood.

Yeah, one of the issues is that when you filter by bottom, you get like 2 results in all of nyc. When you filter on versatile, you get a ton, but as I read the reviews, most sound like aggressive tops.
I think it is a valid concern about the FOTS (fear of the switch-up) , and agree searching reviews will get you as close as possible to the target. But keep in the mind - the target is moving. While some girls may advertise as "vers", that doesn't necessarily mean that they enjoy the roles equally. We all fall on a preference spectrum.
