There are two different parties.  One is the one you're talking about and other is "United Sex Addicts" (USA).  

The Tuesday party is run by a CD girl and a trans girl (or maybe a good looking CD) and it's every other Tuesday 11AM to 4PM.  They also have an evening party at a club near downtown LA.  I hear that area is sketchy but the club is okay.  They are running their events at 24/7 gay clubs (so they change to TG for a few hours then revert to gay)..

USA runs their parties at some permanent office space, as an event at an S&M club close to LAX, and other places.  They also have gay parties, etc.

In both cases of TG parties, guys pay to get in and the girls (GG/CD/TV/TG) get in free.  So as you'd except you get everything from a huge truck driver with a wig  on his head and too much makeup to seriously hot TG girls.  Like a bar the best looking ones are whisked away to private rooms by the best looking guys never to be again or until closing which ever comes first.  So what the average person sees are the less attractive girls waiting around.  I suspect there could be cash involved in some cases but that is just a wild guess and it's person to person in the room, the club and facility have nothing to do with it.  They have strict rules against that, drugs, and alcohol.

I think the way to look at it is if you want to get your rocks off and don't have to have a girl that claims to look like a centerfold and can settle for someone that may not look that good but will appreciate your attention, $40 for 5 or so hours of fun isn't a bad deal.

And how do I know about these places?  A TG friend asked me to go with her.  And no she doesn't escort... anymore.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Also, the Tuesday place was remodeling right before the COVID shutdown so any reviews you read talking about the booths, glory holes, etc. are obsolete.

Hi - been a very long time since logging in here - but here's what I can relay about the events that I have been to (I've been to 4-5 overall since I was told about it)

First, as per the party organizer, the 1350 Long Beach location is gone - as in, the property has been sold to an outside party and will be closed down/redeveloped/no longer a sex club.  RIP

Eventually (post-COVID) they will move the Tuesday afternoon parties to the same location as the Wednesday night parties in DTLA.  I went to the LB location first and overall I preferred it as girls were working so it was easier to get some action and I liked the overall layout more - it was smaller in size and more laid back.

Yes, the looks of the girls vary a lot and if you do not have something to offer (meaning a nice body and/or big cock), you may find it hard to hook up - I have had mixed success.  There is minimal guy-guy action but it does go on as it is a gay establishment - I'd say the more open minded you are, the more fun you will have.  The staff at DTLA are more "present" than at 1350 so I don't think there is any working girl action which is too bad (it was very relaxed about that in LB)  

DTLA also is on multiple levels and has a lot of stairs so if you are out of shape or have bad knees it might be tough - first floor is jacuzzi and pool, showers, sauna, etc.  Second floor has some private rooms, a few public play areas and a gloryhole room as well as an outdated theater (it's like 4 small tvs instead of one big one) and a clean kitchen with vending machines and some free beverages and snacks as long as they last.  Third floor has most of the private rooms but no public play areas, just hallways to cruise.  There is also a basement play area with many booths (some with glory holes), a swing, a variety of public to semi-public spaces as well as a theater.

I'd say the ratio of guys to t-girls is about 80% guys, 20% girls (maybe 85/15).  It is often quite busy and if you are looking for action, it can be challenging if you are not a young good looking well hung guy but it is a hot environment and I would suggest it for sure - I look forward to going back after we have a vaccine
