I had a long report done on this, but I forgot TER makes you sign back in and erases all the work you've done!  So here's an abbreviated version.  I saw some good beauty queens in Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, and even some good ones in Turkey.  France is expensive like Britain.  The cheapest countries for beauty queens are Philippines, Thailand and Columbia.

There was more than 60 beauty queens within a mile, and maybe 30 within a 5 minute walk.  
Do not go from around late January to almost mid February, too expensive, because of congressional meetings there.

I enjoyed Barcelona for its variety (nice mix of Brazilian, Argentinian, and Latin American) and availability of in-house fun (3 TS brothels when I was last there)

Milan lacks in-house locations, but is excellent for the sheer number of providers (mostly Brazilian)

In my experience, it's been the bigger cities of the countries I've been in, kind of like the U.S. I've found great girls in Paris and Nice France, Barcelona, Valencia and Ibiza Spain, Rome, Milan, and Venice Italy. Also, Berlin and Frankfurt Germany, Glasgow and London in the UK and Amsterdam Netherlands. Similar rules apply, cross check sites, try to find other ads and reviews. But, overall it's been easier to find quality girls there than here and they seem a bit lower in price point. It's a lot easier now with simple translator apps on your phone, as language barriers can be another hurdle.
