TS Cameron is my recommendation........but I'm completely biased on this issue. Totally passable, beautiful & intelligent as well.
You stated you wanted to see the "BEST"!! Hands down we all know its Rachel so why not?
Otherwise spend half of what you would have and get half the pleassure!!

Well I am already making plans to see Foxxy this weekend! Because I have not seen her yet I can't say anything about her, but from the reviews she is a rock star!!
