Just wondering what's the deal in terms of legality (do's / don'ts), where to look, etc.I have solid references and have searched on TER, but there are not many choices. Also, if you guys could point out the best strip club.
Are they full nudity plus full bar? Please advise. You input will be appreciated.

The Brass Rail seems to be the place to go. Check out ratings on Yelp "Best Full Nude Strip Club in Toronto, ON"

BR would be one of last clubs I'd go to if looking for more than just gawking at bodies. The City of Toronto has a very restrictive bylaw similar to the ABC in B.C. Ontario ABC has no such restrictions but Toronto does. Although if challenged it might not hold up.
Most of the best clubs are in Sauga (Mississauga where YYZ airport is). There is the trio and close to 10 clubs. I have visited most all and the prior ones over the last 20 years and have extensive reports. Sauga had a very progressive liberal Mayor (Hazel) for decades until she recently retired close to age 90.
Sauga is also great for the nude-reverse adult body rubs and no legal or bylaw (Licensing) issues.
