Toronto is a beautiful city. Like in any city you get what you pay for. Do your research and you'll be fine.
Toronto strip clubs are much more liberal, shall we say, than Chicago clubs.
It's true that Toronto prices for services are lower for services of roughly the same quality than you'll find in Chicago.
Prices were always lower, historically, because Toronto wasn't quite as wealthy a city as Chicago, but that's reversed now; it might just be that prices tend to be sticky. There's also the fact that the two points I noted above are likely in part due to the fact that Canadian laws concerning this sort of thing are, by comparison, pretty wide open, thanks to some very high profile Supreme Court rulings. Things that are illegal in the USA are legal here. Consequently, there's probably more competition.
