Use the boards and common sense and you won't have any issues both legally and personally, if however you are seeking an 18 yr old "independent" that offers very discounted dates at a cheap motel or a foreign lady that cannot speak English then you have no way of knowing what you are supporting and it's also possible the police are interested in confirming the lady you are seeing is also not being victimized.

There are rarely big busts (no pun intended) here in Toronto. The main thing is to keep it clean, use an independent or agency, stay away from street trash, and keep it DRUG-FREE. Beware the Markham Asian bordellos, as many of the girls are underage or sexual slaves to a gang, and these places get busted more often.
A gent who calls a lady or an agency to book an hour or a few hours is generally safe. Pick someone who charges by the hour for their time, as opposed to sliding scale for services. LE looks for those people.
