I mean I ice 10mins from TJ so I go whenever but weekends are packed full of fun at the local strip clubs and girls and alcohol everywhere now during the week it is a lil dead but that is perfect time to be with your lady or ladies you know. No matter what it is still wall to wall fun.

I too live really close, so I've become more of a weekday guy myself.  It sounds like you can't be there on Fri or Sat nights, so IMHO, it doesn't really matter when block you choose.  

I prefer weekdays/weeknights because it tends to be a lot more relaxed and less crowded.  It can be hard to find a table on weekends.  On weeknights, it's easy.  Also, the girls to guys ratios tend to be a lot better, leaving more variety for you.  Case in point, I walked into Chicago last night around 7pm and was one of two guys with 12 girls working.  HK was a lot more crowded, but there were plenty of tables and tons of girls to choose from.
