My personal experience with hotel websites in TJ is that they are rarely kept up to date. 
Why not check the website just hours before you plan to use their facilities.
http://www.motelamansion.com/En/reservaciones.php You'll find the rates posted underneath the header "Booking".$26 but the price can change daily...usually changes are no more than $2 and it is quite safe.
Not only can it change daily, but the peso price vs. the USD price bounces around. Sometimes it's better to pay in pesos and sometimes dollars, so if you can carry both you might save a few bucks.
